Uniting Housing is committed to ensuring that each tenant has the right and access to raise any complaints he or she may have regarding Uniting Housing or one of its services.

Complaints provide valuable information on levels of client satisfaction and provide Uniting Housing with an opportunity to improve upon all aspects of service. Complaints are taken seriously and are seen as an opportunity for improvement.

To make a complaint you can either:

  • or speak directly with your tenancy worker
