Housing is central to wellbeing and opportunity.
Uniting Housing provides diverse housing options across a wide range of communities.
About Uniting Housing
Uniting Housing is a subsidiary of Uniting Vic.Tas (Uniting), the community services organisation of the Uniting Church in Victoria and Tasmania.
We manage a portfolio of around 900 tenancies across Victoria. These include housing managed on behalf of the State Government and other property owners, as well as Uniting-owned properties that have been acquired or developed by us for community housing. We work with Government, public and private investors and Uniting Church congregations to grow our portfolio to meet housing demand and community need.
We believe in building vibrant connected communities. We manage and develop community housing projects that are socially, environmentally and financially sustainable.
We offer community housing for people on the Victorian Housing Register and affordable housing to people on low incomes.
Uniting is committed to working with people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness to access crisis, transitional and longer-term housing. We believe that every person should have access to a safe, secure and affordable home.
